Three particle sizes40 · 60 mesh and Fine (80–100) — pick by application

Particle size is the whole decision.

Pea fibre is a clean-label dietary fibre concentrate from the outer hull of yellow peas — naturally rich in insoluble and soluble fibre, with no chemicals and no additives.

The difference between grades is particle size, and that is what decides where each one works best. Get that right and the fibre does the work for you.

Particle size — and where it fits

40–60 mesh — Fiber 40 / Fiber 60

For meat production, canned goods and similar applications where you need a water-holding or oil-holding effect. 60 mesh is the typical choice for these recipes.

Fine 80–100 — Fiber Fine

For sports & functional nutrition and ready-to-eat formats, where a smooth, ultra-fine fibre is needed for texture and mouthfeel.

Not sure which one fits? Tell us the application — we will point to the right grade.
